Injection Station
Granulated polymer (HDPE, PP, PET) is metered and plasticated by the servo-driven screw, then injected around a precision steel core pin inside the injection mould. The preform takes the exact neck and body geometry dictated by the tooling — with zero gate vestige on finished parts.
Blow Station
