💡 Working Principle
Plastic granules (PET, PP, or PC) are melted and injected into a preform mould on the injection station. The preform, still at optimal orientation temperature (~100–110 °C for PET), is transferred — without cooling — to the blowing station. A servo-controlled stretch rod extends axially while high-pressure air (up to 3.5 MPa) inflates the preform radially against the bottle mould cavity. Biaxial orientation locks in mechanical strength, gas-barrier performance, and optical clarity. The finished bottle is then ejected on the off-moulding station. The four-station rotary platform (or three-station depending on model) ensures continuous production with minimal idle time.
